- Dance leotard over a compression top and tights. Black gloves and black swimming shoes.
- All the armor is 6mm craft foam, sealed with plastidip and painted black. Glued to the suit using E6000 adhesive.
- Details are things like metal washers, paint, silver sharpie markers, etc.
- The headpiece is made of craft foam (the sides), wonderflex (the jaw) and a headband (goes under the wig)
- Sword started out as a wooden yard stick, cut to shape, coated with bondo, sanded and painted.
That about covers all of the materials and parts. I won't provide patterns or more detailed processes and such because I free-handed a lot of this and so I didn't document it very well. Also, I would rather you make your own version of Raiden than to make just an exact copy of mine.
